The ICL7665SIBAZA is a comprehensive 3-terminal integrated circuit voltage supervisor from Intersil Corporation that provides a status output when the asynchronous input voltage drops below a user-programmed threshold. When the voltage at EN falls below LOAD, the reset signal is deasserted. This also sets a timer which triggers the reset output to stay active for a user-selectable length of time, which is known as the reset timeout or reset cycle.

With the ICL7665SIBAZA, the reset threshold is programmable through the selection of an external resistor. To provide additional flexibility, the device features a dual slew rate input that allows user selectable fast and slow slew rates.
