A single integrated package provides a full range of control functions as well as an energizing pulse-width modulated (PWM) output for performing two-phase regulation. The ICL7662EBD+ is a member of a new class of DC-DC regulators that provide a single-chip solution for the low-noise, high-power, precision-regulated DC output requirements of intermediate-to-high current static power supplies. Additionally, the ICL7662EBD+ is a low-power, low-noise device that can be used in battery-powered applications requiring frequent cycling of the power supply. The ICL7662EBD+ is one of the most widely used voltage regulators in the world, due to its reliability and its versatility.
The ICL7662EBD+ delivers a constant voltage output with a wide input voltage range of 4.5 to 35 volts.
