It has been designed to enable system designers to easily implement complex timing architectures in Cellular, Wi-Fi, Broadband, Digital and High-Speed Analog designs in a cost-effective manner.The ICS7151AM-50 features an adaptive, adaptive multi-output architecture that combines an integrated digital PLL supporting fractional-N and fractional-N/2 loop bandwidths, a VCO, and a digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This functionality provides a wide range of operating frequencies and power-efficient features.The ICS7151AM-50 provides four controlled-bandwidth output dividers, two mode-selectable digital dividers, a direct programmable clock output, and an input multiplexer for common clock source selection. These features give flexibility to support a variety of customer applications including high-speed data/telemetry, cellular base stations, stationary platforms, and industrial applications.The ICS7151AM-50 integrates a fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL) and phase-compensating phase synthesis technology, which are essential for the implementation of a wide range of frequency synthesis applications. The ICS7151AM-50 has low-phase noise and excellent phase-noise characteristics.
