The primary switch receives an on/off signal from the control logic element, and a feedback signal from the output stage. The control logic element then adjusts the duty cycle of the primary switch, in order to maintain the output voltage at a desired level.The power supply circuit powers the control logic element via a reference voltage supplied by the rectifier.
