IFX78M05ABTFATMA1 is a 5V to 3.3V linear voltage regulator which is fully compliant with the industry standard PMIC architecture. It has a wide operating voltage range from 4.5V to 16V and can supply up to 1A of output current. It has a current limit of 1.5A and a thermal shutdown temperature of 170°C. The input voltage will rise close to the output voltage when it is at its maximum current output. It also has a low quiescent current of typically 120 µA.
