The IL262VE is a new type of optisolator with digital output, specifically designed for automotive applications. The IL262VE can be divided into two categories, digital output optocouplers and digital isolation. The working principle of the IL262VE is to establish a high voltage barrier between the input pin of the optocoupler and the outputs by intercepting the optical signal. When the input voltage is high, the internal LED will turn on, projecting light onto a photosensitive transistor, which then switches on a transistor responsible for transferring the output to the pin of a digital logic circuit.
