The ILD1213T is an optoisolator that utilizes a transistor photovoltaic output (TPO) to achieve this. The ILD1213T is designed to provide both high speed switching performance and isolation. The ILD1213T is also designed for extreme temperatures. To further ensure reliability, the ILD1213T has an excellent noise immunity of up to 200VRMS/Vrms (typ.) and a surge rating of +16kV (2 areas) which makes it exceptionally resistant to electrical noise or surge. In addition to its rugged design and reliable performance, the device is also easy to use. It has an input/output on/off ratio of 1.3/1, making it easy to determine if the device is on or off. This is supplemented by a high speed operation of 5μs (maximum) and minimal power consumption of 44mW (maximum) This makes the device easy to implement into virtually any application without sacrificing performance.
