The INA332AIDGKR is a monolithic low-power instrumentation amplifier that combines the precision of the differential amplifier, the speed of the operational amplifier, the low-noise of the rail-to-rail input, and the low-power performance of the buried Zener channel architecture. This unique combination yields an instrumentation amplifier that is capable of providing high precision, low power operation with excellent signal-to-noise performance. The INA332AIDGKR is well suited for a wide range of applications requiring precise, low-distortion signal measurement.

The INA332AIDGKR provides high accuracy over a wide range of gain settings from 1 to 10V/V. The differential input and rail-to-rail output offer better signal handling and signal-to-noise performance than common non-instrumentation amplifiers. Additionally, the low power consumption makes it ideally suited for battery powered, portable instrumentation. An exceptional off-set voltage (typically below 1µV) combined with an offset nulling circuit ensures an extremely low-DC drift specification, allowing for use in applications where precision precision is required.

The INA332AIDGKR instrumentation amplifier works by amplifying an input signal while rejecting any common mode signals such as noise, DC offsets and other interfering signals. It is through this common mode noise attenuation where the INA332AIDGKR\'s performance reliability is enhanced. A rail-to-rail output stage allows the amplifier to operate with a wide output voltage range, while the differential input stage ensures that the input signal is not distorted by any common mode noise.

The INA332AIDGKR incorporates an adjustable gain stage, adjustable offset null and a filter to reduce radiated emissions, which further increase its performance. The adjustable gain stage allows the user to select either single or multiple gain settings for the amplifier, which increases the dynamic range of the amplifier and allows for greater application flexibility. The adjustable offset null features allow for easy adjustment of the gain setting and a fine trimming of the amplifier’s DC offset to meet the user’s requirements. The filter and noise reduction features reduce the radiated emissions from the INA332AIDGKR, and thus are useful for applications in which RF susceptibility of the system is a concern.

The INA332AIDGKR is also well suited for a variety of applications requiring both high precision, low power operation and excellent signal-to-noise performance. The low power consumption makes it ideal for battery powered and portable applications, such as in medical, industrial and consumer applications. Other applications include signal and data processing, audio applications, and auto-zeroing instrumentation.
