INND-TS40YGAG is an LED display module containing a character and numeric display. It is designed to be used in a variety of applications and is ideal for any application needing an easy to read display in an indoor environment.The INND-TS40YGAG is available in common size, color, and resolution standards so it can be easily integrated into existing systems or customized to meet special requirements. The module offers various dot pitch options and cascade connections—allowing the user to customize their display needs.It is composed of two main components, the light emitting diode (LED) board and the driver circuit board. The LED board contains 40×7 (320) 5x7 dot matrix character dots with each dot size of 0.44×0.44" (11.1×11.1 mm). To ensure high visibility, the character display has a viewing angle of more than 120°, with ultra-brightness LEDs of more than 8cd/m2. The driver board features horizontal, vertical and clock signals, controlling the display of data via the serial data stream. The dot pitch on the driver board is 0.2x0.2" (5.1×5.1mm).The LED board and driver board are securely connected and inserted together. The LED board can be configured either horizontally or vertically and is mounted to a surface or panel, while the driver board can be mounted either on a printed circuit board or connected directly by flying leads.The INND-TS40YGAG’s character display offers up to six fonts for choice, including 7x5 and 5x7 dot matrix characters, with 8x5, 7x5, 5x5 and 3x5 symbols added to the display area. Characters range from 4 to 120 points and have a maximum height of 120 points. In addition, the display can be rotated for further customization.Control and operation of the display module is simple and intuitive. The driver board automatically registers character selection via data input from the user. Optionally, the user can also customize the display speed and brightness, as well as display type (horizontal, vertical or single line).
