The IQS624EV01-S is an important family of one-dimensional current-sensing ICs capable of measuring current up to the high rating of 50A. The IQS624EV01-S current sensing IC is an analog integrated circuit, which includes a Power MOSFET on the chip to enable current measurement with high efficiency. It also features a wide operating temperature range of -55℃ to +150℃, which is suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
