IR3448MTRPBF is an integrated offline switching regulator that is rated for an operating voltage range of 1.8V to 20V VIN, an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 15V VOUT and a maximum current output of 4A. IR3448MTRPBF switches at a frequency of 2.4MHz to minimize losses and simplify the design of external components. The device is housed in an 8-pin, thermally enhanced SOIC-8 package and is ideally suited for compact and cost-sensitive, low-noise, buck converters.
