The IR3876MTRPBF is a monolithic 18-V, 76-mΩ, dual-channel MOSFET driver IC which is specifically designed for driving DC/DC synchronous step-down applications, such as those found in set-top boxes, routers, switches and other power electronics devices. This device features two independent output switches that can deliver up to 7.5A of peak current and can be used separately or in parallel for higher current demands.
