The IRPP3624-12A is an Evaluation Board (DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS) designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the Patented Integrated Flyback R-C-LTM Topology. The module is a highly efficient integrated power converter that provides excellent EMI performance with minimal design complexity. The module has been designed to simplify the evaluation of the R-C-L topology, as well as to provide a feature rich platform for fast and easy design integration.

The IRPP3624-12A has been designed to provide a wide range of users with a highly integrated and compact, high efficiency solution for their applications. The board is rated for delivery of up to 12 watts of continuous output power and can support up to 16 watts of peak power. The generated voltage is rectified and regulated to the required DC output using a combination of a linear regulator and control loop.

It also offers a high level of protection from short circuit and overload conditions, and supports features such as an adjustable Soft Start, Overload and Overvoltage Protection, and adjustable output current limit.
