IRSF3021 is a Power Distribution Switch, Load Driver, developed by Rohm Semiconductor. It is used to help manage the power distribution of power gate arrays, and can be used for a variety of applications including industrial, consumer, medical, and automotive electronics. It is designed with a current rating of up to 30 A, and can be used to drive loads up to 240 W. The device has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C and is available in a 4-pin TO-220 or 4x4mm thermally enhanced QFN design.
