IRU1209CSPBF is a linear Low Drop-Out (LDO) Voltage Regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage. It is produced by Infineon, a semiconductor manufacturer based in Germany.The device features an output voltage range of 1.25 to 5V, a low Drop-Out Voltage of 200mV, a maximum output current of 0.9A and a wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
