The ISD2575P is a high-performance solid-state recorder as a versatile solution for audio recording and playback applications. As a member of the ISD2xxx family of Speech & Audio recorders, the ISD2575P device is a fully integrated Single-Chip Analog Storage Module, embedded with a complete suite of features designed to reduce time and effort associated with the development of audio playback and recording systems.

The ISD2575P design is based on a host connection and impedance matching format, allowing the control of the device via a four-line serial communication interface. Typical host interfaces include UART, SPI and I2C. Interfacing the system to external audio signal sources and speakers is achieved using a 3.5mm stereo jack connector and adapters to external adapters that support multiple audio input and output signal formats.

The ISD2575P also contains on board components that support power management and audio input/output functions. The device is equipped with two audio outputs, one for playback and one for record, as well as a speaker amplifier output and microphone input.
