ISL6700IR is an silicon oscillator and driver that are based on Monolithic Power System\'s High-Speed, High-Side and Low-Side Integrated MOSFET Drivers. It operates in the range of -40˚C to +85˚C and has a maximum output current of 3.2A. It has a slew rate of 1.8A/V and can handle up to 50V voltage range. It is an ideal fit for demanding switching power applications such as power supply, motor control, lighting and automotive.

The ISL6700IR offers adaptable solutions for different gate driving requirements.
