The ISL8130IAZ-T7A is a single input, adjustable-output, synchronous, step-down, dc to dc switching controller. It is designed to provide efficient, fast and accurate regulation of output voltage by driving external power switches.

The ISL8130IAZ-T7A can drive two external power switches, one high side and one low side switch, with its powerful gate drivers. It has an internal high side power MOSFET with adjustable current limiting, over temperature protection and under voltage lockout features.
