The ISL9000AIRNNZ is a high performance, low power, low dropout linear voltage regulator, which is designed for a wide range of battery operated applications, such as mobile phones, cameras, PDAs, laptop computers, and other handheld devices. This device features a low quiescent current of 10µA, a high efficiency of up to 93%, and is available in two package options - a the small 2x2mm SOT-23 and a SOIC-8 package. It also offers a wide range of output voltages, from 0.6V to 3.3V, and is capable of delivering up to 500mA of output current.

The ISL9000AIRNNZ operates in a low dropout linear voltage regulating mode and is designed to maintain a constant output voltage even when the input supply voltage is varying.
