JMSCT-5XLS

JMSCT-5XLS is a newly developed automated electrothermal analysis equipment designed for scientific research and teaching materials. It uses a unique thermokinetic analysis technique to measure samples of materials such as polymers, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, and glasses. The system is composed of a host controller, a sample chamber, and a temperature control unit.The host controller consists of the main control board, an embedded software, a display panel, and a fan. The functions of the host controller are to store the settings, view the analysis results, store the data into a database and control the operation of the system. The sample chamber is composed of a sample tray, a incubator, a vacuum device, and a cold plate. The sample tray can hold up to five samples, and the incubator can change the temperature of the samples. The vacuum device can be used to detect the temperature and pressure of the samples. The cold plate is used to remove the excess heat that is generated during the measurements.The temperature control unit consists of a temperature sensor, a temperature control circuit and a heating element. The temperature sensor reads the temperature of the samples, and the temperature control circuit can adjust the heating element to keep the samples at an optimal temperature. The working principle of JMSCT-5XLS is based on the fact that the thermal conductivity of the samples can be measured by its electrical properties. This is accomplished by a series of tests that measure the sample\'s electrical properties at different temperatures. The functional parameters from these tests are then applied to calculate the thermal conductivity of the samples.JMSCT-5XLS can be used in studying the thermal properties of materials, such as assessing the insulation and thermal conductivity of materials.
