KA3403D is a high-performance precision amplifier integrated circuit designed for a wide range of operational applications in the linear-amplifiers instrumentation, operational amplifiers, buffer amplifiers and other related fields. It is an economical solution for most linear-amplification requirements and can be used as a buffer amplifier, process amplifier and combined unity current buffer, providing low-power noise performance, broadband frequency response, high common-mode rejection and wide common mode input ranges.

The KA3403D amplifier is based on a three-stage differential amplifier configuration, featuring an input differential amplifier, an intermediate current buffer stage, and a final differential amplifier stage. The first stage operates with an input bias and a low-noise feature that enables low-noise operation of the device. The second stage is a unity current buffer, which provides a high impedance for input signals and has the capability of providing a high-gain current class-A output. The last stage is a differential amplifier that provides high-gain current class-A output.
