• Working Principle of KD13.1133.151 Power Entry Connector
  The KD13.1133.151 power entry connector essentially works in combination with the female connector for robust and reliable assembly operations. It comprises of two components, the male connector and a nut. It is usually attached to a multi-pole conductive cable harness using a soldering process. The male connector is embedded with four tines and four thread sockets, which can be equally spaced along the length of the connector. The tines have an angular contact with the socket walls, forming a self-locking configuration that gives the connection the right amount of rigidity and electrical conduction. Additionally, two internal metal gasket clips have to be coupled with the internal male thread sockets for a better strain relief.The nut is designed to move through the entire socket with a self-threading mechanism after the connection is made. This helps increase the contact force when the connector is tightened. Made from a robust and corrosion-resistant material, it wraps around the entire socket in such a way that no pins are exposed.
