The KST3906MTF is a NPN silicon medium power transistor with a high current-gain-bandwidth product (fT) and low collector-emitter saturation voltage. Popularly used in various analog and digital circuits, the KST3906MTF transistor is also ideal for high-speed switching applications.
Working with a 40V maximum collector-emitter voltage rating and a 100mA current rating, the KST3906MTF transistor is composed of two layers of N-type semiconductor material and a layer of P-type material. The N-type material is used for the base and the P-type material is used for the collector and emitter of the transistor.
