The KSZ8795-POE-EVAL has support for both the IEEE 802.3af 15.4W and IEEE 802.3at 30W standards. It also features full-duplex operation at speeds up to 1 Gb/s. It is ideal for industrial and consumer applications as well as high-end enterprise LAN applications. The board and kit also have an integrated 10/100 Media Access Control, which provides the control of the PHY and the ability to use the microprocessor on the board for protocol transcoding. This enables development and testing of applications such as powered devices, PoE injectors, switches, hubs and routers for use in PoE applications.
