Application Field

The L03S600D15 current transducer can be used in a variety of applications including motor control, monitoring of high current circuits, protection of power systems, current measurement in robots, and current measurement in aircraft systems. It can be installed in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 80°C and is compatible with different brands of converter. The input current of the transducer can up to 600A without manual adjustment and no need of additional compensation.

Working Principle

The L03S600D15 current transducer mainly consists of a current transformer, an output circuit, and a signal transmitter. When the input current flows through the input part of the transducer, the current is detected by the current transformer, whose magnetic flux is then converted into an electronic signal. The output circuit filters the signal and converts it to a digital signal.

The output circuit then transmits the digital signal through the signal transmitter, which is amplified and displayed on the output of the transducer. The signal transmitter also acts as an over-temperature switch to protect the transducer from any potential damage caused by temperature fluctuations. The amplified digital signal can be collected and displayed in real-time on the monitoring interface or transferred to a personal computer for remote monitoring.
