L297D013TR is a pocket motor driver of STMicroelectronics that is designed to drive DC or stepper motors at constant speed. It is equipped with various embedded features like overvoltage protection, current limitation, load fault in stepper motor, motor stall detection, adjustable acceleration and deceleration. These features make it suitable for many advanced applications such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), home appliances and white goods, security and telecom systems, POS systems and robotics. The L297D013TR consists of a full H-bridge driver integrated with a serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible controller.
