The L6995DTR is a monolithic synchronous buck regulator power switch controller. Developed by STMicroelectronics, it is a highly advanced dc/dc cost-effective solution for microprocessor voltage regulators. It is optimized for low-cost applications with high-frequency and high efficiency features.
