The LCA2-00-Q is a 2.54mm pitch, PCB-mount, 2.00mm square-shaped, self-locking Wire-to-Board Connector created mainly for LED strips, RGB light bars and automotive applications.

These connectors feature 2.00mm pitch, which is slightly less than the 2.54mm pitch of the IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) type connectors commonly used. The design is based on a 2.00mm pitch rectangular terminal, so it does not require an additional terminal guide as do some of the IDC types.

The LCA2-00-Q connector series features a “push in” and “pull out” lock terminal for a highly reliable connection. A snapper mechanism is provided for assured contact and easy assembly. It also features a mating-guide design which creates a secure connection for a faster mating time.

The LCA2-00-Q connectors provide 4 to 40 circuits in vertical, right angle versions and can be used with wires ranging from AWG 28 to AWG 24.
