LCC1/0-38DWH-X Application Field and Working Principle
LCC1/0-38DWH-X terminal is a rectangular connector widely used in agricultural, consumer, automotive and industrial products. It features an Off-Board 2-way PCB design with an integrated mounting flange and a maximum voltage rating of 2,000 volts. The terminal is cylindrical in shape and made of plated copper alloy for optimum corrosion resistance. LCC1/0-38DWH-X terminals are suitable for a variety of applications, including power electronic equipment, automotive and industrial control circuits, domestic appliances, and security and medical systems.
Working Principle of LCC1/0-38DWH-X
The working principle of LCC1/0-38DWH-X terminal is based on the contact method. It is designed to contact the electrode surface, which has generally been taken place in the PCB, securely and electrically. A metal frame with 16 pins (8 each on the upper and lower sides) is inserted into the insulating base. The electrode and contact surface are then contacted by the insertion and fixed by a knurled nut. The contact force is obtained by tightening the knurled nut, and then the required electrical connection is completed with the right power level and high accuracy.
In addition, the surface of the electrodes and contacts is coated with an insulating lacquer film to protect it from environmental corrosion. The insulating base itself is designed to withstand high temperatures and it also provides excellent dielectric strength. The LCC1/0-38DWH-X terminal is also fitted with options such as an integrated mounting bracket and a dust-proof sealing film for added protection.
