TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) diodes are components designed to help protect electronic systems from high voltage transients induced by lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other sources. The LCDA24C-1.TCT is a bidirectional, high-performance, unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect a circuit from voltage transients generated by lightning and by other electrical connection sources.

The LCDA24C-1.TCT is designed to protect against both positive and negative transient voltages across its bidirectional anode-cathode terminals.
