LCMXO2280C-4M132I Application Field and Working PrincipleEmbedded - FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Array) are comprised of multiple logic functions, allowing for functionality and speed of reconfiguration. The LCMXO2280C-4M132I is a high-density, low-power programmable logic device with integrated non-volatile memory for in-system programming. It features 4 million equivalent ASIC gates, 2.3 Mbits of embedded RAM, up to 4 PLLs, plus non-volatile on-board memory. This device offers reduced power, smaller packages, and is designed to reduce overall cost and complexity. The main application field of the LCMXO2280C-4M132I is mainly in the embedded space, including industry-specific designs, such as security, medical, computer graphics, imaging, automotive, industrial control, and more. These devices are ideal for applications that require tight timing constraints, support for multiple protocols and consolidated solutions. This FPGA leverages two innovative technologies: embedded configuration / soft SRAM cell and embedded clock multiplier.
