1. Describe

The XCVU19P-2FSVB3824E is available in -3, -2, -1 speed grades, with the -3E device having the highest performance. -2LE devices can operate at VCCINT voltages of 0.85V or 0.72V and offer lower maximum quiescent power. When operating at VCCINT = 0.85V, using the -2LE device, the L device has the same speed specification as the -2I speed grade. -2LE performance and reduced static and dynamic power consumption at VCCINT = 0.72V. DC and AC characteristics are specified over the Extended (E), Industrial (I), and Military (M) temperature ranges. Except for the operating temperature range or unless otherwise noted, all DC and AC electrical parameters are the same for the specific speed grade (ie, -1 speed grade extended equipment has the same timing characteristics as -1 speed grade industrial equipment). However, only selected speed grades and/or devices are available within each temperature range.

2. FPGA Logic Performance Characteristics

    1. For input/output registers in HP I/O banks, the Vivado tool limits all clock frequencies to the 312.9 MHz speed grade.

    2. For IDDR in HP I/O banks, the Vivado tools limit the clock frequency to 625.0 MHz for all speed grades.

    3. For ODDR in HP I/O banks, the Vivado tools limit the clock frequency to 625.0 MHz for all speed grades.
