The LD39300PT33-R accepts an input voltage of between 4.5 V and 5.5 V, but it has a very low dropout voltage that starts at less than 0.1 V at light load conditions, and up to 1.1 V for up to 1000 mA. It features adjustable output voltage between 1.2 V and 3.3 V and can deliver up to 1 A of output current. It also boasts low noise, fast line/load transient response and high input/output isolation due to its small output impedance of typically 0.22 Ω.

The LD39300PT33-R voltage regulator is designed with the utmost precision to prevent overshoot and undershoot conditions at the output, maximizing system reliability. It implements current-limit protection and provides active-countermeasure (ACM) for reversed input/output terminal connection to protect itself against damage. Furthermore, thermal protection with shut-down and auto-restart allows the device to operate in thermal overload conditions with some restrictions in duty cycle.
