The LD112PV12R is a linear regulator that provides improved in-rush current response, higher switching frequency acceptance, and improved Standby Mode operation. Specifically, it is constructed with an input voltage range of 3.3 V to 21 V and an output voltage range of 0.7 V to 15 V. In addition, it offers adjustable soft start, an internal low voltage dropout, temperature monitoring and protection, as well as adjustable overvoltage protection.
