The LE79Q2281DVC is a string of eight registers with a shift-in/shift-out serial port from I2C interface, also known as I2C SIPO (serial in/parallel out). It facilitates quick and easy serial input/output of data between a microcontroller or processor to other peripherals. Examples of applications include shifting display data among LCD, OLED and EPD, providing a software-based backplane for display frames, transmitting multiplexed display data.
