The LF80ABPT-TR is logic-level N-channel power MOSFET with an offered junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W. It has a maximum on state drain-source resistance of 1.1Ω, making it well suited for high-efficiency synchronous rectification in switched-mode power supplies. It also offers an excellent body-diode reliability and fast switching performances. It is mainly used in Notebooks, NetBooks, Desktops, and consumer electronic applications.
