Core features of this device include: low power operation 65nm process technology, fine-grained power management, system-level design optimization, and on-chip termination. In addition, the device also offers 11 DSP blocks with built-in DSP48E2 and RAM blocks for integer/floating point operations as required. These DSP blocks are used for advanced signal processing and provide high-speed performance with excellent throughput.
