PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear

Linear voltage regulators are widely used in the development of power management integrated circuits (PMICs). Their design assists power management functions such as voltage conversion, voltage regulation, and current limitation. The LK115D30 is a three-terminal linear voltage regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a low-dropout linear positive regulator, capable of supplying up to 1.5A continuous current.

Application Field

The LK115D30 is a monolithic linear regulator with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and an adjustable output voltage ranging from 1.5V to 16V. Working Principle
