Working Principle
LL4448-13 is a single rectifier diode, which can convert AC power to DC power. It works on the principle of PN or P-N junction diode, where the junction of semiconductor material doped with impurity, creates a barrier and blocks the flow of current in one direction but allows it to flow in the other direction through it. With the help of forward and reverse voltages, it passes current in only one direction, and thus it functions as a rectifier.In normal condition, the PN junction is forward biased, and then, the current flows through the diode.
