The LM1117LD-1.8/NOPB is an adjustable-voltage low-dropout linear regulator with low quiescent current produced by Texas Instruments. The device employs advanced bias-conduction technology to provide ultra low dropout voltage operation. It features an output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%. The LM1117LD-1.8/NOPB has excellent load and line-transient response characteristics and is able to provide a stable output voltage with a minimum of external components. The LM1117LD-1.8/NOPB is housed in an 8-pin TO-263 package and is available in a range of output voltage from 1.8V to 5.0V.
