LM22675QMRE-5.0/NOPB

LM22675QMRE-5.0/NOPB is a simple, low-cost and high-efficiency DC-DC switching regulator(PMIC-Voltage Regulators-DC DC Switching Regulators). This regulators features high-current trimming features to ensure the output current compliance with the rated output current. It uses an optimized power-conversion circuit that combines a high-performance fixed-frequency buck converter (step-down) and an integrated 0.75A current-mode feedback loop PWM control circuit. The LM22675QMRE-5.0/NOPB provides a wide range of input voltages (2.7 to 18V). Output voltage can be selectable from 1.5V to 5.0V with two external resistors.

This non-isolated regulator includes features such as overload protection, thermal overload protection, over-voltage protection and under voltage protection to ensure that system performance is protected.
