It combines a low on-resistance DMOS power switch that operates at a switching frequency up to 1.25 MHz, and two integrated linear regulators in a single package. The two linear regulators are adjustable 1.2 V ± 5% and 1.8 V ± 5%, and feature low quiescent current, improved light load efficiency.Application Field:The LM22679QTJ-5.0/NOPB is suitable for a variety of applications such as notebooks, tablets, and ultra-mobile devices. The oscillator is adjustable between 200 kHz and 1.25 MHz, and the current limit and soft-start can be externally programmed. The device is protected against short-circuit, thermal overload, and overvoltage. The optional Enable pin can be used to sync the regulator with Supply Enable, or can be used to reduce power consumption and improve light-load efficiency.
