The LM285BXM-1.2/NOPB is a component in the peripheral management unit (PMU) family of voltage references. It is a series of precision voltage references designed to provide chip-level reference voltages for applications in consumer electronics, automotive, telecom, and industrial electronics. The device consists of an external reference buffer circuit, an internal reference voltage, and a temperature-compensated bandgap reference. The output voltage is internally programmed over a 1.19 to 1.25V range and it is able to hold temperature coefficients of 50 ppm/°C maximum across the temperature range.The LM285BXM-1.2/NOPB is designed to provide a highly accurate, programmable reference voltage that is maintained over a wide range of temperature variations. The device features an extremely low output noise of 0.1 mVP-P and an output current capability of 300μA maximum. The voltage reference also features an adjustable hysteresis that can be used for noise reduction.The application field of the LM285BXM-1.2/NOPB includes audio and video systems, industrial microcontrollers, navigation and navigation systems, automotive electronic power management, telecom power systems and various microcontroller based applications.
