LM2903VQDR is a monolithic quad differential comparator IC and belongs to the Linear - Comparators family. It uses two separate voltage reference input pins – Vref- and Vref+. The IC can compare two differential reference voltages to determine the relative values and magnitude of these two signals. The LM2903VQDR comparator has an output voltage swing from -2.0 V to +2.0 V, with an open-drain transistor that can drive single-ended loads directly. Its input common-mode range extends from -2 V below the lower power supply rail to +2 V above the upper power supply rail. The LM2903VQDR is widely used in various electronic circuits and systems, such as temperature sensing and monitoring, battery charging, 5V/3V level translation, LED/LCD backlighting and motor/servo control.

The working principle of LM2903VQDR is based on the comparison of two input voltages.
