LM3153MH-3.3/NOPB Application Field and Working Principle

Application Field

The LM3153 MH is mainly used in applications such as battery-powered electronics, portable media players, personal computers, mobile phone chargers and various other DC-DC converter designs. Working Principle

The LM3153MH consists of an integrated power stage which includes two high-side N-channel MOSFETs, as well as two low-side N-channel MOSFETs. The output voltage is controlled by the internal PWM controller which is adjustable using an external gain resistor. The device also features spread spectrum modulation and a power good signal output.

The device operates over an input voltage range of 5.5V to 24V and has a maximum output current of 3.3A. The device is highly efficient and has a high power density. It can provide regulated power to mobile devices or other electronics with low ripple and noise.
