The LM3203TLEV is a highly efficient surface-mount DC/DC and AC/DC (off-line) low-power switching power supply solution designed for energy-frugal applications. It includes both an integrated low-side MOSFET and an integrated high-side MOSFET to reduce the overall solution size while providing very high performance. The device offers ultra-high efficiency for use in a wide range of applications, including energy-efficient hand-held, portable, and battery-powered devices.
