<p>The LM3S2671-IQR50-A0T is an industrial grade embedded microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core from Texas Instruments. It is designed to meet the needs of industrial and process control applications, such as data acquisition, remote monitoring and control, health and safety monitoring and energy management.</p><p>The LM3S2671-IQR50-A0T enables faster, more reliable product development by offering a wide array of functions and peripherals, such as 32KB of on board erase/program Flash memory, three analog comparators, four general-purpose timers, two UARTs, two SMBus/I2C/SPI ports, a 10/100 Ethernet interface and a USB 2.0 full speed slave port. It also features a 64-pin general-purpose input/output (GPIO) connector for controlling external devices.</p><p>The LM3S2671-IQR50-A0T is well-suited for industrial applications that require a rugged, low-power embedded processor with a compact size and quick deployability. It is also suitable for applications that require an easily upgradable platform – firmware updates can be done in-circuit for quick turnaround and reduced costs. The processor is also robust, with a wide temperature range of up to -40°C to +105°C and an extended input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V.</p><p>The LM3S2671-IQR50-A0T has a single-wire debug interface (SWDB) that allows developers to debug their applications in real-time without having to manually configure the board.
