The LM4140BCM-2.5/NOPB is a precision voltage reference independent of both supply voltage and temperature. The device includes a precision 5.0V reference (with 1.5% accuracy from 0°C to 70°C and 2.5% accuracy from -40°C to 125°C). The device features a very low temperature drift, a fast startup time, low noise, and the ability to source and sink current. The LM4140BCM-2.5/NOPB is applicable to a wide range of power supply applications including industrial control systems, data acquisition, instrumentation, portable and battery operated systems, RF or communication systems. The device\'s versatile design also suits applications requiring high accuracy and low output voltage, such as voltage regulators, analog circuitry and comparators.The LM4140BCM-2.5/NOPB is a low dropout voltage reference (LDR) which is a type of integrated circuit that can be used to provide a stable reference voltage to a circuit.
