The LM4140BCM-2.5/NOPB is a precision voltage reference independent of both supply voltage and temperature. The device includes a precision 5.0V reference (with 1.5% accuracy from 0°C to 70°C and 2.5% accuracy from -40°C to 125°C). The device features a very low temperature drift, a fast startup time, low noise, and the ability to source and sink current. The LM4140BCM-2.5/NOPB is applicable to a wide range of power supply applications including industrial control systems, data acquisition, instrumentation, portable and battery operated systems, RF or communication systems.
