The gain and passband response of the LM4682SQX/NOPB can be easily adjusted to provide the desired results for any audio application.The LM4682SQX/NOPB contains two power stages, which are based on a differential pair topology. The first stage is a differential pair amplifier, capable of providing a high output voltage swing while maintaining extremely low distortion. The second stage is an output stage using a bipolar transistor as the follower, which provides a high current capability. Both stages are optimized to minimize the output noise and distortion, resulting in extremely low-Phase Noise performance. The output stage is capable of driving a wide range of loads, from low impedance headphones to high impedance loudspeakers.The LM4682SQX/NOPB also features a low-Threshold protection circuit to protect the output stage from over current conditions. This feature protects the LM4682SQX/NOPB from damage due to a shorted load.The gain of the LM4682SQX/NOPB can be easily adjusted using external resistors. There is a maximum gain of 17dB and a minimum gain of 0dB. The supply voltage of the LM4682SQX/NOPB can be adjusted from a single 3.3V supply up to an 18V supply.
