The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB, classified as a PMIC - Supervisors, is a state of the art voltage detector IC designed for system supervised applications. The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB is designed to accurately monitor a higher and lower voltage threshold with a programmable voltage hysteresis and a precise output reset timeout period. In addition, the voltage and hysteresis thresholds are easily adjustable with an external resistor divider. The hysteresis threshold consists of a resistor divider connected between the OVH and UVH pins.
The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB has a wide operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V and an adjustable output voltage assertion range of 2.75V to 5.25V. This allows the output voltage to be precisely tuned to match the voltage of the system. The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB also features an integrated supervisor circuit that monitors the device supply voltage for undervoltage conditions. This prevents premature reset of a system as a result of temporary undervoltage conditions. It also provides additional protection for components such as FPGAs and memory devices.
The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB provides an active low interrupt output that can be used to alert external devices of system conditions or reset the system when a voltage threshold has been tripped. The open-drain interrupt output is active low when an internal supervisor circuit has detected an over- or under-voltage condition. The output will remain low until the supervisor is reset by an external reset signal.
To ensure the system\'s immediate response to changes in external conditions, it is possible to mask off certain reset signals for the LM810M3-2.93/NOPB. This masking feature prevents the reset signal from propagating if the voltage drops below a certain threshold. The LM810M3-2.93/NOPB can also be configured as an active-high reset. In this configuration, the reset signal is triggered when the voltage rises above the configured threshold.
